Strength and Conditioning Camp designed to improve athletic ability and injury prevention for multi-sport athletes. This camp focuses technique both in the weight room and field of play.

Session 1: Time: 7-8:30 a.m. (Football 9-12)
Session 2: Time: 8-9:30 a.m. (Football 9-12)
Session 3: Time: 9-10:30 a.m. (Non-Football 9-12)
Session 4: Time: 10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. (Jr High 7-8)
