The Bridgeland High School softball team defeated Conroe in a best-of-three series to become area champions. The Bears advance to the region quarterfinal to play Klein Oak in a best-of-three series beginning at 6:30 p.m. on May 9 at Bridgeland High School.

May 7, 2024—The Bridgeland High School softball team advanced past the area round of the UIL Class 6A playoffs and moves on to the region quarterfinal round this week.

Bridgeland defeated Conroe in a best-of-three series by the scores of 10-0 and 5-3. The Bears advance to play Klein Oak in a best-of-three series:

• Game 1 – 6:30 p.m. on May 9 at Bridgeland High School (10707 Mason Road);
• Game 2 – 6:30 p.m. on May 10 at Klein Cain High School (10201 Spring Cypress Road); and
• Game 3, if necessary – 5 p.m. on May 11 at Tomball High School (30330 Quinn Road).

Tickets for Bridgeland will be $5 apiece (adults and students) and will be sold online.
