Nov. 2, 2023—The Bridgeland, Cypress Ranch, Langham Creek, Cy-Fair, Cypress Ridge and Jersey Village high school volleyball teams advanced past the bi-district round of the UIL Class 6A playoffs and move on to the area round, while Cypress Woods High School concluded its season.
Bridgeland swept Tomball in three sets by scores of 25-18, 27-25 and 25-21. The Bears will face Conroe Oak Ridge at 6 p.m. on Nov. 2 at Houston ISD’s Delmar Fieldhouse (2020 Mangum Road).
Langham Creek High School swept Klein Collins in three sets and advance to meet Conroe Grand Oaks at 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 3 at Waller High School.
Cypress Ranch swept Klein Cain in three sets by scores of 25-22, 25-16 and 25-22. The Mustangs advance to play The Woodlands at 6 p.m. on Nov. 2 at Klein Cain High School (10201 Spring Cypress Road).
Langham Creek swept Klein Collins in three sets by scores of 25-16, 25-20 and 25-18. The Lobos will play Conroe Grand Oaks at 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 3 at Waller High School (31213 Waller Spring Creek Road).
Cy-Fair High School swept Houston Lamar in three sets and advance to face Fort Bend Ridge Point at 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 3 at the Berry Center.
Cy-Fair swept Houston Lamar in three sets by scores of 25-11, 25-9 and 25-12. The Bobcats advance to meet Fort Bend Ridge Point at 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 3 at the Berry Center (8877 Barker Cypress Road).

Tickets for Bridgeland, Cypress Ranch, Langham Creek, Cy-Fair, Cypress Ridge and Jersey Village are $5 each for adults and students and are sold online.
Cypress Woods lost to Tomball Memorial in three sets by scores of 16-25, 19-25 and 23-25. The Wildcats were District 16-6A’s fourth seed and finished the season as bi-district finalists.
